Some issues were found in the initial Smedge 2020 release. These have been addressed in the patched version of Smedge that was released today. The official release version of Smedge is currently 2020.0-f2, which you can see in the About box in Smedge Gui.
You can update, as always, by either running the installer again, which will correctly update the version for you, or by using the archive package and manually restoring the files. You will need to update all of your machines at the same time to the patch, because one of the issues affected the communication system.
