Remote Support

Uberware can provide remote training and technical support using the Remote Support client tools. When you run this tool, you will temporarily allow your support agent to connect to and control your machine. This way we can quickly diagnose problems you may be having and find solutions to get you going agian.

Download the Support Client

To get started, follow the instructions for your platform:

  1. Download the Remote Support Client
  2. Double click it to enable access to your machine
  3. Contact Uberware Support with the ID and Password

Team Viewer

  1. Visit the Team Viewer web site to download the Linux client
  2. Follow their instructions to start the client on your machine.
